There is no occasion for our discussing this vast mass of testimony. The opinion of the learned judge below refusing to open the judgment, is so full, clear and satisfactory, that we affirm the case for the reasons given by him. The order discharging the rule is affirmed, and the appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
