As to the power of the court of common pleas, as a court of equity, to restrain, at the instance of the taxpayers, an unlawful or inequitable act of the board of school directors, we have no doubt, nor do we hesitate to approve the decree of the court in the case in hand. Decree affirmed, at the costs o‘f the appellants.
