Per Curiam.
The agreement in this case was not such a special contract as required a declaration specially framed. An action of general indebitatus assumpsit would lie, and a declaration in the common courts would be proper. We discover nothing in any of the assignments of error requiring a reversal of the judgment. Judgment affirmed.
