The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on May 19th, 1884, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam.
The opinion of the learned judge on entering judgment on the reserved point, fully vindicates the conclusion at which he arrived. We do not deem it necessary to add anything thereto. Judgment affirmed.
