The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Court below on the 9th June, 1884, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam.
Under the facts found by the Court this case is clearly right. Besides no pioints of evidence, or of law appear to have been submitted to the Court, and we do not review the opinion of the Court on a general exception; Lower Augusta vs. Selinsgrove, 64 Pa. 166. Judgment affirmed.
