The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on the 17 March, 1884, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam.
Under the evidence this was clearly a ease for the jury. The crop was in the exclusive possession of the tenant. He was to yield to his landlord in payment of his rent, a certain proportion of the crops grown thereon. Until the division was made the landlord had no right against the will of the tenant, to take and remove any specific portion of the crops. Judgment affirmed.
