The Supxeme Court affirmed the decree of the Orphans’ Court on March. 14, 1881, in the following opinion,
Per Curiam.:
We agree entirely with the opinion of the learned auditor in the Court, below on- the proper construction of the will of Abraham. Euth, and affirm this decree for the reasons he has given. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of appellant.
