The Supreme Court affirmed the decree of the Common Pleas on February 25th, 1884, in the following opinion, Per Curiam :
The facts found by the Master and approved by the learned judge fully sustain the decree; and it is affirmed on the opinion of the latter. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
