The Supreme Court affirmed the decree of the Orphans’ Court on March 14th, 1881, in the following opinion, Per Curiam:
We entirely concur with the learned President of the Court below and affirm this decree upon his opinion. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
