The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on May 2nd, 1883, in the following opinion,
Per Curiam.:
Under the facts found by the special verdict there is no error in the j udgment entered thereon. The right to recover the sum .specified in the certificate is clear. Whether that sum can be collected by legal process after judgment is a question not now before us. Judgment affirmed.
