The Supreme- Court affirmed the decree of the Orphans’ Court on January 16, 1882, in the following opinion: Per Curiam.
"We affirm this decree upon the adjudication of the auditing judge in the Court below. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costa of the appellant.
