The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on May 14th, 1883, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam.
We discover nothing to correct in any of the seven specifications of error. The evidence received was properly admitted to show the actual condition of the bridge, and establish the negligence of the township. The case presented questions of fact. They were correctly presented to the jury. Judgment affirmed.
