The Supreme Court affirmed the decree of the Orphans’ Court on April 20th, 1885, in the following opinion:
Per Curiam.
We discover no error in this decree. We therefore affirm it for the satisfactory reasons contained in the opinion of the ■Court sustaining the exceptions and modifying the decree. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
