The Supreme Court affirmed the decree of the Common Pleas on February 14th, 1881, in the following opinion :
Per Curiam :
Without giving any opinion on the merits; which it is not our practice to do, on appeals from Preliminary Injunctions we think there were sufficient grounds to grant an Injunction until final hearing. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at costs of the appellants.
