The Supreme Court affirmed the decree of the Common Pleas on June 2nd, 1882, in the following opinion :
Per Curiam :
We think upon the finding of facts by the Master approved by the Court, the decree was entirely right. The encroachment on the public highway was clearly established, and it was-entirely within the acknowledged limits of equity jurisdiction to interfere by injunction to prevent it. Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs oi the appellants.
