Motion to vacate so much of this Court’s July 9, 2002 order as awarded $100 costs of motion and $400 costs on the appeal granted and the order is amended to reflect that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal dismissed without costs [see 98 NY2d 691].
