This is an appeal from a judgment entered, upon a verdict.
This action is on a promissory note, and the defense is. forgery.
A careful examination of the printed case fails to disclose any errors on the part of the trial justice in the exclusion of certain questions asked by appellant’s counsel, and as these seem to be the only grounds upon which this appeal has been taken, the judgment must be affirmed, with costs. Fitzsimons, J., concurs.
Judgment affirmed, with costs.
