This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal and claimed appeal of right. Upon consideration of appellant’s motion to disqualify the Supreme Court from hearing any matter before said court involving appellant, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion to disqualify the Supreme Court be, and hereby is, denied.
