Upon consideration of respondent’s answer, motion for leave to intervene by Carl Wilkenfeld, James R. Jump and Mary V. Fellabaum, and answer of intervening respondents, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for leave to intervene be, and hereby is, granted.
