This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus involving an expedited election matter. Upon consideration of the application for dismissal of respondent Franklin County Board of Elections, IT IS ORDERED by the court that the application for dismissal of Franklin County Board of Elections be, and hereby is, granted.
