On consideration of AppellanVCross-Appellee’s motion to stay the remand order and motion to withdraw the motion to stay the remand order, it is ordered that said motion to withdraw the motion to stay the remand order is hereby granted, and that said motion to stay the remand order is hereby denied as moot.
