1. Whether the lower tribunals erred in failing to suppress certain communications obtained in violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act. 2. Whether the lower tribunals erred in failing to suppress certain communications obtained in violation of the United States Constitution and/or the Pennsylvania Constitution.
