PER CURIAM.
An automobile operated by defendant collided with the plaintiff, a pedestrian. The plaintiff appeals from a judgment, for the defendant, based upon a jury’s, verdict, in an action for personal injuries. We find no error affecting substantial rights. Affirmed.
