Simmons, C. J.
The accused having been convicted of incestuous adultery upon the evidence of the woman with whom he was alleged to have committed the offense, and there having been no sufficient corroboration of her testimony, the verdict was contrary to law and should have been set aside. Yother v. State, 120 Ga. 204. Judgment reversed.
All the Justices concur, except Evans, J., disqualified.
