This case was tried before the same jury as that of Iola A. Douds against the same defendant. Separate appeals were taken and argued together in this court. For the reasons given in an opinion filed this day to Douds v. Beaver Traction Co. (No. 1.) ante, p. 24, No. 156, April term, 1912, in the appeal of the wife, the judgment in this case is affirmed.
