Per Curiam,
After due consideration we are all of opinion that the substantial questions raised by the assignments of error have been correctly and adequately answered in the opinion of the learned trial judge overruling the defendant’s motion‘for a new trial and in arrest of judgment. The judgment is affirmed upon that opinion.
