Hall et al. v. Watkins et al.

This court is of opinion that the circuit court erred in dismissing the appeal. On consideration whereof it is ordered and adjudged by this court that the judgment of the said circuit court he andthe same is hereby reversed with costs, and that plaintiffs in • error recover of the defendants in error their costs in this behalf, and the cause is remanded to the circuit court for trial.
