Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (M. William Boiler, A.J.), rendered January 2, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree.
