We find no error in the record. The rulings of the trial court were not in conflict with the opinion of this court when the case was here before. 193 Fed. 1, 113 C. C. A. 329. The judgment is affirmed.

PER CURIAM.
The evidence offered required the case to be submitted to the jury. We find no reversible error in the rulings or charge of the court on the trial. The petition for a rehearing is overruled.
