Upon consideration of Central Mfg. Co.’s motion for reconsideration of this court’s December 30, 2005 order dismissing its appeal for failure to file an entry of appearance, an entry of appearance now on file, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The motion is granted. The mandate is recalled, the December 30, 2005 dismissal order is vacated, and the appeal is reinstated. Central Mfg.’s brief is due January 24, 2006.
