The court below did not abuse its discretion in granting the injunction in this case upon the terms set out in the order. We think, under the facts and circumstances alleged in the bill and answer, that the terms imposed on the complainant below and on the respondent, were proper and wise; and the judgment is affirmed both as to the original bill of exceptions and as to the cross-bill. Judgment affirmed.
