On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
PER CURIAM.
In accordance with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Tulley, 199 So.3d 812 (Ala.2015), we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand this case to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
