PER CURIAM.
. Relying on, the original panel decision in Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas v. Beauvais, the trial court entered a final judgment in favor of the defendants below, Richard Vair and Betty Vair. In view of this Court’s recent en bañó decision in the Beauvais case, Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas v. Beauvais, 188 So.3d 938 (Fla. 3d DCA 2016) (withdrawing and replacing the original panel decision), we reverse the final judgment.
Reversed and remanded.
