PER curiam:.
We deny the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. However, we remand this case to the trial court to conduct a healing pursuant to section 985.26(4), Florida Statutes (2013). We note parenthetically the State concedes that remand to the trial court to hold a hearing under the statute is appropriate. PETITION DENIED; REMANDED.
