KEATY, Judge.
For the reasons set forth in the companion and consolidated case hereto, Ned v. Union Pacific Corp., 14-1310 (La.App. 3 Cir.4/15/15), 176 So.3d 1095, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
