hOn the showing made, it is unclear as to the probative value of the prior acts the State seeks to admit. Further, under La. C.E. art. 404(B)(1), as to other crimes, wrongs, or acts, “the prosecution in a criminal case shall provide reasonable notice in advance of trial...” On the facts before us, it does not appear reasonable notice was provided in advance of trial.
