PER CURIAM.
Affirmed and remanded with instructions that the trial court enter a written order consistent with its oral ruling, as memorialized in the court minutes dated May 31, 2013, pertaining to the finding of competency to proceed. See Francis v. State, 65 So.3d 108 (Fla. 5th DCA 2011). AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
