PER CURIAM:
Mr. Kenneth J. Bias appeals the trial court’s property division from the dissolution of marriage decree and its denial of the motion for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
