PER CURIAM.
We treat appellant’s motion to strike as a response to appellee’s motion to dismiss, and dismiss the appeal as moot. Appellant seeks review of a nonfinal order transferring his mandamus petition to the circuit court in Leon County, but his release from incarceration makes it impossible for this court, the transferor court, or the transferee court to grant him any meaningful relief on the claims he raises. DISMISSED.
