We reverse the order granting the third party bidder’s motion to confirm the foreclosure sale for the reasons stated in Citimortgage, Inc. v. Synuria, 86 So.3d 1237 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012). MAY, C.J., DAMOORGIAN and Conner, JJ., concur.
