CONFESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM.
Wellington A. Burrows appeals a final judgment of foreclosure. Based on OneW-est Bank’s proper confession of error that it was not entitled to final judgment, we reverse the final judgment and remand for a new trial. Reversed and remanded.
