COHEN, J.
Gorkis Busby appeals from the judgment and sentence entered after a jury found him guilty of aggravated battery. We affirm in all respects but remand for correction of a scrivener’s error in the judgment. On remand, Busby’s aggravated battery conviction should be reclassified to a first-degree felony. AFFIRMED and REMANDED for correction of scrivener’s error.
