PER CURIAM.
The petition to invoke discretionary jurisdiction is treated as seeking a writ of certiorari and is denied for failure to demonstrate an injury which cannot be remedied on appeal from final order. See Collins v. Penske Truck Leasing, 668 So.2d 348 (Fla. 5th DCA 1996). DAVIS, WETHERELL, and ROWE, JJ., concur.
