PER CURIAM.
The State properly concedes that Altman’s convictions for domestic violence battery and battery violate double jeopardy. On remand, the trial court is directed to vacate the conviction for simple battery (Count I). AFFIRMED, in part; REVERSED, in part; and REMANDED.
