The circuit court, acting in its appellate capacity, departed from the essential requirements of law in awarding attorney’s fees. Accordingly, we grant the petition for certiorari review and quash the circuit court’s “Final Judgment Awarding Attorney’s Fees and Costs.” PETITION GRANTED; ORDER QUASHED.
