We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence without prejudice to the filing of a motion for postconviction relief as to the issue of whether trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance for stipulating to the admission of certain hearsay. VAN NORTWICK, CLARK, and RAY, JJ., concur.
