We grant the State’s motion for rehearing and vacate- the opinion of this court issued March 2, 2011. We affirm the order denying Luckner Martino Pierre’s motion for post-conviction relief. Hernandez v. State, 61 So.3d 1144 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011) (certifying questions and conflict with Flores v. State, 57 So.3d 218 (Fla. 4th DCA 2010)). Affirmed.
