PER CURIAM.
Petitioner is granted a belated appeal of the August 13, 2008, order denying in part and granting in part defendant’s motion for postconviction relief and granting re-sentencing in Escambia County Circuit Court case number 2001-2327-CFA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. RApp. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
