We grant Eight Peaks Capital, LLC’s petition for writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to rule on its July 20, 2010, and September 23, 2010, motions for deficiency judgment. Because we are confident the trial court will comply forthwith, we withhold issuance of the formal writ for thirty (30) days.
