PER CURIAM.
Having carefully reviewed appellant’s initial brief, and finding no preliminary basis to reverse the order of the trial court, dismissing appellant’s amended complaint with prejudice as to all parties defendant, we hereby summarily affirm pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(a). Affirmed.
